北航肖文龙副教授设计了一种新型的高强高塑性钛合金,抗拉强度1092 MPa,屈服强度870 MPa,延伸率为41%,超高应变硬化率2.5GPa。强塑积高达前所未有的45 GPa%。这些优异的力学性能归因于在拉伸变形过程中应力诱导的纳米级层状孪晶结构。相关论文4月5日以题为“Simultaneously enhanced strength andductility in a metastable β-Ti alloy by stress-induced hierarchical twin structure”在线发表在《Scripta Materialia》。
