本文提出了用锂还原法制备富有氧缺陷的TiO2(D-TiO2)光阳极材料,其在全光谱下表现出优异的光响应性能。EPR, XANES和XPS结果表明D-TiO2中Ti3+和氧空位的存在能够促进光的吸收。在20 mA g-1的电流密度下施以光照,D-TiO2的比容量由暗态的230 mAh g-1增加到310 mAh g-1,接近TiO2的理论比容量(335 mAh g-1)。同时,XRD, XPS和EPR结果也证明了光照下更多的Ti4+向Ti3+转变。在1 A g-1的大电流密度下,其容量增加46.4%,光电转换效率高达4.4%。这一发现为突破TiO2的容量限制提供了思路,并突显了光充电锂离子电池在集成光电转换和能量存储领域的巨大潜力。
