近日,南京大学化学化工学院张晶晶课题组在英国皇家化学会刊 Chemical Science 上发表题为 “Translating daily COVID-19 screening into a simple glucose test: a proof of concept study” 的封面论文(Outside Back Cover)。该文章将 CRISPR 技术与血糖仪(PGM)相结合,开发出一种便携式、低成本的 CRISPR-PGM 系统,可以将 SARS-CoV-2 的检测转化为简单的血糖测试。该检测方法具有快速、准确、低成本和易用的特点,尤其适合 COVID-19 的日常筛查。
