杨国强中国科学院化学研究所研究员,1963年11月出生;1985年北京大学理学学士,1988年、1991年获中国科学院感光化学研究所理学硕士学位、博士学位。在有机光功能化合物和材料的分子设计、材料合成、性能及其作用机理方面开展研究工作,包括分子结构对发光性质和非线性光学性质的影响、光化学荧光探针、先进光刻胶材料、环境条件(包括超高压条件)对发光性质和电子结构的影响及其作用机理等。完成和承担了多项863项目、国家重大科技专项项目、基金委重点项目、973项目课题、科学院创新项目和课题、基金委面上项目等。在JACS、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Phys. Chem.、 Macromolecules、Inorg. Chem.、Chem-Euro. J.、 Appl. Phys. Lett.等国内外重要刊物上发表研究论文一百六十余篇,申请中国发明专利12项,国际PCT专利1项。

       研究领域
       本课题组主要在有机光功能化合物的设计、合成、性能及其作用机理方面开展工作,包括分子结构、超分子结构和聚集态结构对发光性质和非线性光学性 质的影响,环境条件(包括超高压条件)对发光性质和电子结构的影响及其作用机理、新型荧光探针体系的设计和性能研究等。此外,我们还对极紫外光刻胶及其应用进行研究。

杨国强课题组在BODIPY发色团超快可逆反应的控制及其在荧光检测应用方面取得重要研究进展



 硼原子由于具有空的P轨道从而呈现出强烈的缺电子性能,当硼原子与π电子体系结合后,可构成具有特殊分子内电荷转移性质的含硼π-共轭体系,进而表现出一系列非常特异的光物理、光化学性质。其中硼原子可以采用sp2杂化的方式形成三配位的有机硼化合物,亦可以采用sp3杂化的方式形成四配位的有机硼化合物。杨国强课题组近年来一直致力于对含硼有机化合物的研究,提出了三芳基硼化合物特异荧光性质的发光机理(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2011, 50, 8072-8076Chem. Commun. 2014, 50, 2778-2780;),设计制备了一系列特殊超分子结构荧光探针,应用于对细胞和生物体内的温度、酸碱性等微环境变化和多个活性物种的荧光检测(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2014, 53, 7809-7813Anal. Chem. 2015, 87, 3694-3698Anal. Chim. Acta 2015, 869, 81-88Anal. Chem. 2016, 88, 1052-1057)。
  最近,在国家自然科学基金委、科技部和中国科学院的支持下,该课题组通过对meso-位无取代的BODIPY 2,6-位取代基的选择性修饰,首次实现了在碱诱导下的BODIPY的快速可逆二聚反应,二聚产物由于共轭结构的改变使得BODIPY的强发光性质发生猝灭;当遇到可以与诱导剂碱发生反应的物种时,二聚体又可以快速解离,进而恢复BODIPY的强发光性质。利用这一快速可逆反应过程,设计了甲醛的高效灵度探针,该探针体系可在10s内完成对0.1ppb甲醛的检测,对5当量甲醛的荧光响应可达120000倍,为新型荧光探针的设计和应用提供了新的体系和理论依据。相关工作于近期发表在Nat. Commun. 2018, 9, 362(DOI: 10.1038/s41467-017-02270-0)上。

设计合成了一系列具有对环境敏感的分子内电荷转移化合物,考察了这些化合物的发光机理及其影响因素。具有高荧光量子效率的分子内电荷转移化合物可以作为荧光探针使用,经过特殊的体系设计,一些荧光探针可以用于细胞内特殊物种及其温度的检测。

个人简介:
杨国强,1963年11月出生。1985年毕业于北京大学化学系,获理学学士学位;1991年毕业于中科院感光化学所,获得理学博士学位;日本学术振兴会(JSPS)博士后研究员(1992年至1993年,京都大学);美国依利诺伊大学(UIUC)化学系博士后/研究助理(1996年至1999年);法国阿尔萨斯大学(Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Mulhouse, Universite de Haute-Alsace)高级访问学者(1995年、2001年、2003年)。
  曾任中国科学院感光化学研究所副研究员、光化学开放实验室副主任;中国科学院化学研究所光化学重点实验室主任、科技处长、所长助理、副所长;中国化学会秘书长。
       现任中国科学院大学副校长、化学研究所二级研究员、分子反应动力学实验室主任、化学所和分子科学中心学委会委员;中国科学技术协会第九届全国委员会委员,中国化学会常务理事、光化学专业委员会副主任;国际光化学系列会议组委会委员,亚洲大洋州光化学理事会理事;J. Photochem. Photobiol. A:Chem. 助理主编,J. Photochem. Photobiol. C 编委、《影像科学与光化学》、《化学通报》、《高压物理学报》编委。
       在光功能化合物和功能材料的分子设计、材料合成、性能及其作用机理方面开展研究工作,包括分子结构对发光性质和非线性光学性质的影响、光化学荧光探针(包括用于生物体系的荧光探针)、环境条件(包括超高压条件)对材料性质和电子结构的影响及其作用机理、超高精细光刻胶和气凝胶材料等。在我国首先开展了极端高压条件下光功能材料的性质研究;发现并证明了三芳基硼化合物的双激发态荧光发射性能,提出了利用三芳基硼化合物作为新型多功能荧光探针的作用机理和应用开发;在我国首先开展了基于分子玻璃超高分辨光刻胶的研究,研发出了用于极紫外(EUV)和ArF光刻(193nm)的超高分辨光刻胶,正在进一步开展工业化工艺研发;开发了气凝胶的新型制备工艺和应用。在包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、JACS、Nature Comm., ChemComm、Ana.Chem、等学术刊物上发表研究论文220余篇;获得授权发明专利19项(包括日本专利一项和美国专利两项),另有申请专利15项。
