张袁健,1998年-2007年先后在南京大学(NJU)基础学科教学强化部和中国科学院长春应用化学研究所(CIAC, CAS)学习获学士和博士学位,2008年-2012年先后在德国马普胶体界面研究所(MPI-KG)和日本国立物质材料研究所(NIMS)国际青年科学家中心(ICYS)从事科研任博士后和ICYS Researcher(Tenure-Track),2012年起受聘于东南大学(SEU)化学化工学院,任教授、博士生导师。以分析传感为导向,利用电化学和光谱等技术对氮化碳聚合物、石墨烯、碳纳米管等富碳功能材料的化学制备、电子结构调控、表面性质改性、分子界面组装等方面进行系统研究,探索它们在光电转换和(光)电化学催化效应,并基于此发展新型光、电化学传感应用。 已在J. Am.Chem. Soc和Angew. Chem.Int. Ed.等发表SCI论文100余篇。研究成果受到国际国内同行的广泛关注,所发表论文被SCI期刊论文正面引用或大篇幅图文并茂重点介绍5000余次,H-index 41。作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划培育项目、江苏省科技厅杰出青年基金、日本学术振兴会青年基金等相关项目,应邀担任美国化学会、英国皇家化学会、德国Wiley出版社等多个期刊审稿人。

报告:张袁健教授“富碳材料结构调控在分子发光分析中的应用”
近年来,石墨相的氮化碳由于其合适的电子结构/高的稳定性和化学可调节性,在光催化,光电催化和智能组装方面有广泛应用。到目前为止,氮化碳纳米片已广泛地应用于生物成像和发光免疫中。但是,氮化碳纳米片传统剥离方法效率低、分散性差,并且氮化碳纳米片的化学惰性使其与外来生物分子的有效偶联难以实现,这些都极大地限制了其在生物分析中的应用。报告会上,张袁健教授围绕富碳材料的制备方法、发光性能调控途径系统地介绍了富碳材料的结构、形貌、成分等对其发光效率、传感性能的影响,他们课题组利用芳香分子与氮化碳之间的非共价相互作用,采用简单的机械研磨即实现了氮化碳的自发剥离和表面功能化。此氮化碳纳米片不仅保持了体相氮化碳基本的光电性质,还优化了纳米片的界面,使其能进一步偶联生物分子,解决了氮化碳纳米片在生物分析中面临的界面惰性的挑战。他们通过以共价连接DNA为模型,构建了一个检测目标DNA的电化学发光生物传感器,对比于物理吸附DNA的传感器,显示出更高的灵敏度。这种非共价界面修饰的方法极大的拓展了氮化碳的在生物传感领域的应用范围,并有望应用于智能组装、催化等领域,此方法也适用其他二维材料的界面修饰。

东南大学化学化工学院、江苏省富碳材料器件工程实验室张袁健教授课题组在竞争机制驱动的电致化学发光生物传感方面取得重要研究进展。研究成果于近日发表在国际顶级期刊《美国化学会志》(J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2018,140,2801, 2016年影响因子13.858)杂志上,文章的第一作者是东南大学博士研究生吕燕芹,张袁健教授为通讯作者。
探索构建新型生物传感器应用于重要生物标志物的高灵敏检测,实现疾病的早期诊断、治疗和管理,一直是世界范围研究的热点。为此,张袁健教授课题组(http://YZhang.group)开发了一种基于类酶催化反应和空间位阻两种竞争机制的仿生电致化学发光生物传感器,并应用于DNA氧化损伤生物标志物8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的检测。
数十亿年的自然选择已经发展出高效的体内信号转导,而这种信号传导常常受一系列多重竞争机制的支配。例如,葡萄糖的催化代谢不仅受磷酸化酶b激活剂的调节,而且受其他抑制剂分子的作用。向大自然学习,发展多机制驱动的信号转导系统将为进一步提高传感器的性能提供新思路。为此,我们通过将hemin/G-四链体复合物组装到氮化碳纳米片表面,把仿生类酶催化反应和空间位阻两种竞争机整合到一个电化学发光传感界面,并将该双机制驱动的生物传感器应用于8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的检测。发现这两种竞争机制的检测浓度的动态范围可以被集成到单一的传感界面,从而简化现有的生物传感器的制造和操作。此外,由于这两种机制之间的微妙竞争,与单机制驱动的生物传感器相比检测灵敏度得到显著提高。
  
另悉,近日,鉴于张袁健教授课题组在二维氮化碳结构调控及其分析传感应用领域的国际影响力,受邀在英国皇家化学会Chemical Society Reviews(2016年影响因子38.618)以“Molecular Engineering of Polymeric Carbon Nitride: AdvancingApplications from Photocatalysis to Biosensing and More”为题撰写综述论文,评论氮化碳分子设计及其在生物传感领域的最新研究进展。该论文的第一、二作者是东南大学博士研究生周志新和张玉叶,张袁健教授为通讯作者。
以上研究工作得到国家自然科学基金委、江苏省双创团队、江苏省科技厅等基金的大力资助。
  江苏省富碳材料器件工程实验室2016年由江苏省发改委批准建立,由东南大学统筹管理,依托东南大学化学化工学院和分析测试中心的科研硬件条件进行运行;实验室拥有一批以东南大学化学化工学院师生为主的、年富力强、富有朝气和团队精神的研究人员。该实验室以富碳等能源材料的宏量制备及其器件应用为目标,开展功能型有机/无机杂化等富碳材料的合成、界面修饰与光电调控改性等方面的研究工作,实现其在新能源、有机污染物的光催化降解、大气污染物的快速检测与毒性机制研究和生物传感等领域的应用。

近日,东南大学化学化工学院、江苏省富碳材料器件工程研究中心张袁健教授课题组(https://carbosensing.group)在新型拓扑结构氮化碳和自适应生物传感方面取得重要进展。相关成果以“Adaptable Graphitic C6N6-Based Copper Single-Atom Catalyst for Intelligent Biosensing”为题在国际著名期刊《自然·通讯》(Nature Communications)上在线发表。
        具有自适应能力的化学传感器经常出现在科幻影片中,能够为机器人、脑机接口和物联网等智能人工设备中提供集成度更高的动态环境或者外界刺激信息。为了实现这一目标,寻找具有多反应催化途径并且可以增益调控的催化剂是关键。然而,不同的反应途径对反应温度、pH和溶剂等条件不尽一致,并且它们之间往往还存在互相干扰的问题,阻碍了多种催化途径的协同工作。
        氮化碳作为一种无金属半导体,具有可调的共轭重复单元和空腔结构以及丰富的孤对电子,因而可以作为骨架构建金属单原子催化剂,目前已被广泛应用于人工光合成和仿生催化领域。这些反应具有一个共同点,即氮化碳在相似条件下通过不同的活性氧途径实现了底物的催化氧化。因此,利用氮化碳催化氧化途径的多样性和反应条件的类似性,有望为解决上述挑战提供一个研究思路。
         鉴于此,东南大学张袁健团队报道了一种铜单原子催化剂(CuSAC6N6),它由电子供体-π-受体桥联的新型拓扑结构氮化碳(C6N6)和铜原子构成。CuSAC6N6不仅可以通过结合态铜-氧中间体途径实现基础氧化反应,还可以在相同条件下通过光激活游离态自由基途径引发第二条增益反应。CuSAC6N6独特的拓扑结构以及电子给体-π-受体桥联官能团促进了分子内电荷的分离和迁移,从而排除了上述两种催化途径之间电子转移的干扰问题。实验结果证明了CuSAC6N6不仅具有优异的基础活性,并且在室内照明灯照射下,还可以获得高达3.6倍的增益效应。基于CuSAC6N6的自适应能力,该团队进一步构建了体外智能切换灵敏度和线性检测范围的葡萄糖智能生物传感器。考虑到光照优异的时空分辨率和高度可控性,该研究报道的自适应生物传感器将为智能人工设备提供集成度更高的动态化学传感界面。
        本工作的第一和共同第一作者分别为东南大学化学化工学院的博士生洪卿和杨宏,通讯作者为张袁健教授和沈艳飞教授,东南大学为该工作的唯一完成单位,该工作得到了国家自然科学基金的资助。
