张斌,中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所固体润滑国家重点实验副研究员,美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室/加州大学伯克利分校Visiting Scientist,入选中科院“西部之光”人才计划和中科院“青年创新促进会”。主要从事超滑薄膜制备机理,超滑本质的研究和磁控溅射、电弧离子镀膜装备的研制及应用。获得2016年国家技术发明二等奖、2015年甘肃省技术发明一等奖和2008年真空学会年会 “优秀论文奖”。发表论文54篇,其中SCI期刊40篇,授权专利16件。
