唐伟,中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所青年研究员。2008年获北京大学物理系理学学士学位,2013年获北京大学微电子系理学博士学位。随后进入中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所王中林院士课题组,开展博士后研究工作。主要从事纳米发电机的机理与功率调控研究,及其在自供能物联网系统中的应用,包括液体基纳米发电机,微纳机电系统(M/NEMS),自供能电子、环境与医疗应用系统等。曾获中国博士后科学基金一等资助,参与北京市自然科学基金重点项目和中瑞联合项目等,发表Adv. Mater., Adv. Func. Mater., ACS Nano, Nano Energy, JMM等学术论文30余篇,申请国际发明专利3项,中国发明专利14项。
