段伟良,陕西师范大学教授。2007年于日本京都大学获得博士学位后,2008年在中科院上海有机所独立开展研究工作,共主持3项国家自然科学基金面上项目,1项青年基金,参与973项目手性催化的重要科学基础。入选陕西省“百人计划”,2015年获The Distinguished Lectureship Award from Chemical Society of Japan,2017年获 Thieme Chemistry Journals Award。研究兴趣着重在不对称催化合成手性膦化合物方向和过渡金属催化碳氢键活化方向上。发展了一种钳形钯催化剂,实现了首例二芳基膦氢对不饱和烯酮及其他各种缺电子烯烃的高对映选择性1,4加成反应。所得各种高光学活性的手性膦化合物可被衍生化作为手性膦配体在不对称催化反应中进一步应用。在碳氢键活化反应方面,发展了双齿单负离子含氮配体,能实现无导向基团芳烃的碳氢键活化反应,以及发展了利用手性磷酰胺,磷酸控制不对称碳氢键活化反应的立体选择性的策略。自独立工作以来,以通讯作者在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.; Chem. Commun.; Org. Lett.等国际期刊上发表多篇研究论文。
