樊慧庆,男,陕西神木人,1998年毕业于西安交通大学,相继获理学学士、工学硕士和博士学位,2003年起任西北工业大学材料学院、凝固技术国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师。主要从事光电功能材料与器件研究,曾任韩国Seoul National University助教授,现为国际著名学术期刊Journal of Alloys and Compounds和Scientific Reports的编辑。
主持完成了国家自然科学基金等重要科研项目38项,在Advanced Functional Materials、Nano Energy等期刊发表SCI学术论文430余篇,被他人引用8000余次,H因子达47,获授权国家发明专利25项,编著出版了《电子信息材料》、《功能介质理论基础》、《固体化学》和《材料物理》。入选教育部优秀青年教师、新世纪人才和陕西省科技领军人才、优秀留学回国人员,获陕西省科学技术奖、广西自然科学奖等省部荣誉奖励9项。已培养出站博士后5人、毕业博士35人、毕业硕士78人。
