陈星星,辽宁科技大学化学工程学院教授。1979年7月出生,党员,自然科学博士,教授、博士生导师、辽宁省百千万人才工程-百人层次,鞍山市领军人才。2000年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工学院,获化学工程与工艺学士学位, 2002年获得丹麦技术大学(Technical University of Denmark) 环境工程硕士学位,之后在德国柏林国家联邦环保总局(Federal Environmental Agency of Germany)水分析实验室工作, 2008年7月获德国波鸿鲁尔大学 (Ruhr-University Bochum)自然科学博士学位, 并继续留在德国波鸿鲁尔大学(界面系统化学研究所, 电化学研究中心, 分析化学所) 继续从事研究工作。2014年底回到家乡鞍山的辽宁科技大学任教。在德留学和工作期间,曾任留德华人化学化工学会副主席,北威州分会主席。现任Nature 出版集团学术期刊Scientific Reports 编委成员,Nature Communications, Nano Energy, NPG Asia Materials,ChemSusChem, Electrochimica Acta, Particle & Particle Systems Characterization, ChemCatChem, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Electroanalysis, Materials Chemistry and Physics,China Science - Chemistry(中国科学-化学)等十余种SCI收录国际学术期刊(影响因子大于3)的审稿人, 留德华人化学化工学会荣誉理事,国际电化学会和生物电化学会成员。
  截至2019年主持国家自然科学基金等6个项目;已发表高水平研究论文38篇 ,其中36篇SCI收录论文(JCR一区25篇,二区8篇,三区3篇),2篇中文核心期刊综述文章(1篇荣获中国化学会《电化学》期刊优秀论文奖),总影响因子约177,总被引700余次;获批4项国家发明专利(第一发明人3项,第二发明人3项);荣获4次辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖,1次鞍山市自然科学学术成果奖;作为第一指导老师指导2项国家级、1项省级、2项校级大学生创新创业项目;作为第一指导老师指导学生荣获各类国家A类和省级赛事,并荣获辽宁省“优秀指导老师”称号,指导的研究生和本科生获各类学术会议优秀墙报奖,指导的研究生获国家奖学金1人次,校一等奖学金2人次,二等奖学金2人次,三等奖学金3人次;作为第一副主编参编化学工业出版社出版的普通高等教育“十二五”规划教材«化工专业外语»。已参加在中国、德国、英国、比利时、法国、意大利、西班牙、瑞典、加拿大、日本、中国台湾举办的各类国际和国内会议近40次,并作邀请、宣讲和展示报告。


  主要研究方向:  
  在德国波鸿鲁尔大学从事科研的10年期间, 一直专注于与绿色新能源存储转换系统 (燃料电池、生物燃料电池、可再生金属空气电池) 和工业氯气大生产中相关的电化学研究。在燃料电池相关的研究中(德国北威州政府项目), 氧还原反应相关的电催化材料制备及电化学表征(利用常规方法和扫描电化学显微镜)是主要专研方向。通过优化催化剂和催化剂载体, 达到提高催化剂的效率以及降低催化剂成本的目的。在参与德国联邦教育与研究部项目以及德国拜耳材料科技股份公司工业项目过程中, 着重于工业氯气大规模生产中使用的氧极化气体扩散电极的电催化性能分析评估, 研究氧还原在强碱高温和酸性条件下的催化过程。在参与来自11个国家不同大学、研究机构和公司共同申请的欧盟第七框架项目(3D-Nanobiodevice)中, 主要从事生物燃料电池阳极的发展(基于纤维二糖脱氢酶和葡萄糖脱氢酶, 利用氧化还原聚合物进行间接电子转移催化纤维二糖和葡萄糖氧化,探讨可能的电子转移传输机理)。在 德国亥姆霍兹研究中心联合会项目中,主要从事金属空气电池水解析氧反应的研究。回国后,结合辽宁科技大学煤化工学科的特色优势,以“老材料的新功能、绿色环保新用途”为发展理念,由煤炭及其衍生物作为原材料设计构筑可以应用于新能源转换存储系统的重要功能材料,并拓宽其应用研究到超级电容器,柔性电池等。
  研究兴趣和专长:(1)新功能材料的设计及其在新能源转换存储系统中 的应用, (2)扫描探针技术(扫描电化学显微镜、扫描电化学电池显微镜)等先进电化学分析技术的应用及基础工作模式开发和应用,(3)各类新型碳材料的制备及其高附加值产品的转化。

辽宁科技大学化工学院20级博士生潘浩然,在原计划塞尔维亚首都贝尔格莱德举办的第71届国际电化学会议上荣获“最佳墙报奖”(“Best Poser Prize”)。该研究工作的题目为“Hybrid Co3O4@CoS nanoparticles in a N/S-doped carbon matrix as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for oxygen Reduction and evolution reactions in Zn-air battery”,指导教师为化工学院的陈星星教授。该年会在全世界范围内共评选出39个“最佳墙报奖”,其中包含仅7名中国科研人员。
        国际电化学会(International Society of Electrochemistry,ISE),1949年由世界多国科学家发起成立, 是国际电化学界最高层次和涉及跨学科研究领域最广泛的学术组织。国际电化学年会每年秋季在世界各地定期召开,世界各国优秀的电化学专家和跨领域研究学者都会云集此会议进行学术的交流和前沿问题的研讨。会议主题涵盖了新材料、微纳加工制造、传感器技术、电子信息、能源转换与存储、生物医药以及环境保护等众多与电化学技术相交叉的前沿领域。年会规模通常为2000-3000人,历时5-7天,包含各类形式的交流和研讨,比如大会报告、邀请报告,宣讲报告,展示海报和分组专题讨论等。国际电化学会的现任主席是中国厦门大学的田中群院士。由于COVID-19疫情原因,本届国际电化学会议为2020年8月31日至9月4日线上召开。
