褚君浩院士长期从事红外光电子材料和器件的研究,在窄禁带半导体物理和铁电薄膜材料器件物理等方面有着系统的、有国际影响的研究成果。近年来主要从事新材料新结构高性能新型光电子材料和器件研究。发表学术论文600余篇,中英文专著三部,编著10部,专利70余项。获得国家自然科学奖3次,省部级自然科学奖、科技进步奖12次,国家教育成果一等奖1次。培养博士生80余名。2004年评为国家973计划先进个人。2014年评为十佳全国优秀科技工作者,2017年获首届全国創新争先奖章;2017年评为“光荣与力量”感动上海年度人物”。
