聂建峰,教育部长江学者,重庆大学电镜中心主任,国际著名期刊《Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A》副主编。长期致力于金属材料固态相变、高性能轻合金设计研发以及先进电子显微分析技术研究。在金属固态相变研究方面,创造性地提出了晶体点阵平面边界一维匹配模型及移动机理,建立了能够同时描述平面相界的晶体学和生长机制模型。在先进电子显微分析技术研究方面,在国际上率先利用原子分辨HAADF-STEM和EDS-STEM技术研究轻合金中析出相的结构和成分,首次报道了共格孪晶界面产生溶质原子偏聚的现象和机制。2003年和2010年两次担任国际权威期刊《Scripta Materialia》特约编辑,主编了关于镁合金相变、变形及发展现状的专家观点专辑。
其部分研究成果收录在美国金属学会出版的《Metals Handbook》和Elsevier出版的《Light Alloys》中。出版专著一部(Light Alloys: Metallurgy of the Light Metals, Elsevier, 2017),在国际知名期刊《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Acta Materialia》等发表论文250余篇,国际大会邀请报告100余次。

重庆大学聂建峰教授,第一作者Zhao XiaoJun在Nat.Commun.上发表题为“Direct observation and impact of co-segregated atoms in magnesium having multiple alloying elements”的文章。研究人员在低得多的电子电压下用原子分辨率X射线色散光谱法对镁合金中的偏析进行成像,发现了孪晶边界中溶质共偏析的模式,以及孪晶边界迁移的溶质偏析诱导机制。并进一步表明,溶质共偏析影响孪晶边界迁移机制并增加孪晶边界钉扎,并且利用该方法可以对具有复杂成分的金属合金中溶质偏析的结构和化学进行原子级分析。
