工作简历
      1983-1989年在西安交通大学机械工程学院学习,分别获得工学学士、硕士学位。1991-1994年在西安交通大学机械工程学院学习获得工学博士学位。1999年2月到1999年4月国家公派留学新加坡南洋理工大学交换访问学者。2000年10月到2001年9月国家公派留学乌克兰国立科技大学和巴东焊接研究所做访问学者,从事先进材料焊接的研究。2002年6月到2004年3月,及2006年10月到2008年9月期间两次在日本金泽工业大学做合作研究,从事纤维增强高分子树脂基复合材料结构疲劳强度安全设计研究。2008年10月到2011年3月兼任金泽工业大学先进材料制造国家研究所客座教授。 长期从事金属材料加工(焊接)和高性能复合材料力学行为和数值模拟分析的研究工作,包括大型焊接结构中应力应变测试与模拟分析,以及纤维增强高分子复合材料宏微观力学性能表征和结构设计、疲劳强度寿命加速试验研究。

学术及科研成果
        提出了基于微观应力失效理论的复合材料层合板强度表征和结构强度设计方法。结合微观力学失效理论和加速试验方法论,利用计算机数值分析技术成功预测了复合材料开孔结构的压缩疲劳强度和寿命,从实践上论证了基于增强纤维和基体树脂微观失效机理表征和预测复合材料静载强度、疲劳强度的可行性,推动了复合材料结构设计的可靠性,提高了设计精度。已在包括Journal of Composite Materials 等国际学术期刊上发表论文十多篇,并多次在国际会议上宣读论文。
