靳志文,1990年出生于山西省朔州市,2011年本科毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院;2016年于中国科学院北京化学研究所取得博士学位;此后在刘生忠教授课题组开展博士后工作;2018年入职兰州大学。主要研究方向为低维材料多功能集成与光电转换器件应用。主持国家自然科学基金等科研项目8项,横向项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划1项,获授权中国发明专利6项。迄今为止,发表高水平学术论文90余篇,包括Nat. Commun., Joule, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Mater. Today, Adv. Mater., Energy Environ. Sci., Nano Lett., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy, ACS Energy Lett., Adv. Sci., Chem. Mater., Sci. Bull., Appl. Phys. Lett.等高水平能源材料期刊。被其他期刊正面引用评价5000余次。其中, IF > 10 的论文48篇,1篇论文被评为2018中国最具影响百篇国际学术论文,2篇论文被评为全球ESI热点 (0.1%) 论文,14篇论文被评为全球ESI高被引 (1%) 论文。

1.低维功能材料的合成及半导体薄膜的生长;
2.光伏器件、光电探测器及X射线检测成像应用;
3.光电转换器件相关物理问题的模拟、计算与分析。


团队拥有从低维材料合成、光电转换器件制备、到器件性能测试的整套设备,科研条件优越。
教学及学生指导情况
成立新型光电转换材料与器件研究团队,目前教授一名,青年研究员一名,副教授两名,团队每年共招收微电子与固体电子学方向研究生2-4人,材料科学与工程方向研究生1-2人。目前指导或合作指导在读博士生2人,在读研究生18人。

开展X射线探测关键技术研究,是安全地驾驭核技术,实现X射线仪器国产化、高端化、品牌化的有效途径。总的来说,高分辨、低剂量X射线探测成像技术是未来市场需求和发展的方向,因此鼓励研究从物理角度来理解和指导X射线探测材料的研发、优化和探测器件集成设计。卤化物钙钛矿作为X射线探测极具潜力的替代材料之一,以其相对较高的原子序数、优异的载流子寿命、可调的带隙和低温制备工艺,在高性能X射线探测器制备研发方面显示出巨大的潜力,并被英国《物理世界》杂志列为2020年十大科学突破之一。

        基于前期工作积累,近日,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院靳志文教授在国际权威学术期刊《Materials Today》上发表题为 “Halide perovskites for high-performance X-ray detector” 的综述论文 (Z. Li et al., Materials Today, (2021), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.mattod.2021.01.028),对钙钛矿材料在X射线检测及其探测成像等方面应用进行了全面综述。2019级博士生李枝仔为论文第一作者,靳志文教授为论文唯一通讯作者。
       论文总结了X射线探测材料的选取标准,并强调了探测器的关键参数。重点介绍了目前已开展的卤化物钙钛矿的前沿应用进展,就卤化物钙钛矿不同的制备类别 (单晶、薄膜及晶片) 详细阐述了相应器件存在的优缺点及优化策略。在此基础上,总结归纳了钙钛矿材料在成像方面的应用,分析了单像素探测器、线性探测器阵列和2D探测器阵列之间的优缺点。最后,对该领域发展进行了展望,并提出了解决当前挑战的一些普适性策略。
       《Materials Today》创刊于1998年,是材料科学与工程研究领域的国际顶级学术期刊。该期刊的创刊宗旨是分享材料领域最具创新、前沿和影响力的信息与技术,发表与材料及其器件领域相关的世界顶尖科研成果,素以论文内容新颖性要求苛刻而著称。期刊以综述论文为主,同时涵盖评论、行业快报,2017年开始正式刊登研究论文,是世界上公认的材料科学与工程研究领域权威期刊之一。
