学习工作简历
本科就读于山东大学化学与化工学院。博士期间从事III-V族半导体激光器和发光二极管的研究,在国际国内刊物上发表论文数篇,参加多次国际和全国学术会议并宣读论文。2003年博士毕业后留晶体材料研究所工作至今,任讲师。
研究方向
纳米光电材料如碳纳米管及可见光光催化材料
对光子晶体材料与器件及纳米无机非金属铁电、压电、热电等半导体功能材料及环境能源利用如热电、太阳能发电等方向比较感兴趣。现从事纳米光电材料如碳纳米管相关材料及其可见光光催化材料体系探索相关研究。
