牛晓滨,电子科技大学教授,博士生导师,电子科技大学材料与能源学院副院长,电子科技大学量子研究中心副主任。中国科学技术大学物理学士、硕士,加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学博士。“四川省”(2014年)和“中国工程前沿杰出青年学者”(2019年)。现任《半导体学报》副主编,中国电子学会半导体科技青年专委会委员,American Physics Society (APS),Materials Research Society (MRS),American Association for Crystal Growth(AACG)会员。担任Physical Review Letters、Applied Physics Letters,Journal of Applied physics等多个国际学术期刊的审稿人。主要从事应用基础研究,涵盖物理、化学以及光电子器件等方向,工作核心是材料的微尺度结构的生长和性质理论研究及多尺度计算模拟;低维度材料的控制生长、物性表征;低维材料在能源转换、量子信息器件、光电探测领域的应用等。承担有科技部重点研发计划、国防科技创新特区培育项目等多项国家级、省部级、横向以及校级项目,科研经费2000余万,取得了系列创新性研究成果,在Joule、Physical Review Letters、Advanced Energy materials、 Nano Energy等物理、材料类学术期刊上发表论文60余篇,申请专利20余项,获得授权10余项,其中美国专利1项。
