硕博研究方向
A. 研究方向:
(1)铜、铝合金凝固理论与组织控制技术;
(2)合金凝固行为及调控机制同步辐射研究;
(3)复合/复层材料的界面复合机理与制备技术;
(4)合金凝固过程多尺度、多场、多相数值模拟。


B. 研究特色:
借助高能同步辐射原位表征技术,研究外物理场、化学添加等调控合金凝固组织的动力学机制,结合实验与数值模拟技术,设计调控方案并优化参数,实现对铜合金、铝合金、复合/复层金属制备过程组织结构的主动控制,提升铸坯性能。

6月8日,由大连理工大学牵头、王同敏教授负责的“十三五”国家重点研发计划-大科学装置前沿研究重点专项项目“金属材料多场耦合制备与极端使役环境原位实验集成系统”2017-2018年度总结会在金属精密热加工国家级重点实验室514会议室召开,研讨会由课题四负责人苏彦庆教授主持,来自中国科学院上海应用物理研究所的肖体乔研究员、谢红兰研究员、杜国浩高级工程师、张兴民博士,上海交通大学的李建国教授、胡侨丹研究员,哈尔滨工业大学的郭景杰教授、陈瑞润教授、范国华副教授、唐光泽副教授、王晓军副教授,北京科技大学的谭晴博士,大连理工大学的郭恩宇研究员、接金川副教授,康慧君副教授,陈宗宁副教授及高民强等相关研究方向的博硕士研究生参与了本次研讨会,会议由大连理工大学郭恩宇研究员对技术方案讨论细节做全程记录。


本研讨会是项目立项后的首次年度总结会,会议主旨在于总结四个课题就上海光源的线站布局开展的原位研究装置的研究进展及存在问题。研讨的内容主要是围绕课题一近一年以来基于项目研究内容发展的原位研究方法,结合立项指标与上海光源的现场条件,进行多方讨论,以便进一步完善装置设计方案,同时落实零部件的招标与采购工作。


中国科学院上海应用物理研究所的谢红兰研究员就课题一的多种同步辐射原位研究方法汇报了最近的研究进展。包括动态成像、动态显微CT、K边减影实验方法、PDF方法、原位小角散射、原位衍射、3DXRD以及各种定量分析方法。肖体乔研究员指出研究方法应当更加贴近项目给出的核心工程材料(Ni、TiAl基高温合金、Al基复合材料),建议今后加强课题间多方交流合作。


上海交通大学的胡侨丹研究员就课题二涉及的三个环境建设(悬浮形核、多场耦合、定向凝固)的总体研发进展进行了汇报,目前多场耦合制备环境转台、悬浮形核激光加热器、高温度梯度施加元件等关键零部件已经分批完成了采购工作。


哈尔滨工业大学的苏彦庆教授汇报了课题四围绕装置结构的通用性、整体性、高效性、操作便捷性、可扩展性、精确性进行了详细讨论,完善了超高温设计及低温设计方案,对相关任务进行进一步分工。


大连理工大学的王同敏教授就课题三的超高/低温使役环境装置研制进展进行了汇报,核心部件(多维台、载荷施加装置、液氦制冷模块等)已进行了招标采购。最后,王同敏教授对一年以来各课题研究工作进行了总结。

定向凝固Al-Mn-Be合金初生金属间化合物相生长行为及力学性能

摘要:  对Al-3Mn-7Be合金(原子分数,%)在1~1500 μm/s的抽拉速率下进行定向凝固实验,研究了抽拉速率对合金组织演化、金属间化合物形貌演变和合金力学性能等的影响规律。结果表明,Be元素的加入使二元相图向高Mn区移动,引入了金属间化合物λ相、T相、Be4AlMn和准晶I相,而且Be的加入明显细化了合金的组织。随着抽拉速率的增加,固/液界面过冷度和溶质过饱和度增加,引起初生金属间化合物相的竞争生长,初生相先由λ相转变为T相,后转变为准晶I相,伴随着形成初生Be4AlMn相。同时,初生相的形貌、尺寸和生长方式也随抽拉速率的增加而发生改变。随着抽拉速率的增加,定向凝固合金的强度先下降后提高,在抽拉速率较低和较高时,定向凝固合金均呈现了较大延伸率,这主要由其定向凝固组织、强化相的种类、形貌以及与基体构成的界面结构决定。
