曹宏斌，中国科学院过程工程研究所研究员。中组部“万人计划”科技创新领军人才首批入选者（2013）、国家杰出青年基金获得者（2014）。北京市过程污染控制环境工程研究中心主任、水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项河流主题专家、环境技术与工程研究部主任。
　　1993年毕业于天津大学化学系获应用化学专业学士学位，2001年获该校化学工程专业博士学位。随后进入中科院过程工程研究所工作至今。目前主要采用化学与生物法相结合，进行工业污染全过程控制的理论、关键技术与应用研究，已分别在“工业氮硫钒铬钼废弃物资源化再生循环、“电子废弃物资源化”和“难降解有毒有机物污染物的强化处理” 等领域取得长期工作积累和标志性成果，其中“煤化工废水全过程低成本深度处理与脱盐”、“含重金属氨氮废水资源化与无害化”和“钒铬废渣资源化与无害化”全部获得工业应用，累计建成示范工程40余套。
　　近年来共主持包括水重大专项课题、863课题、环保部公益性项目等近20项。在环境领域发表论文近200余篇，其中在业内著名期刊Environmental Science & Technology等上发表SCI论文超过80篇，被他人引用近500次；申请专利60多项，获得授权50项。
　　2013年国家技术发明二等奖（排名第1）、2012年获得环境保护部环境保护科学技术奖一等奖（排名第1）、2011年获得辽宁省科学技术发明奖一等奖（排名第1）、2010年获石油化工协会科技进步二等奖（排名第3）。
