1972年4月出生于河北省沧县；
1990年9月－1994年7月：河北大学化学系，获理学学士学位；
1994年9月－1999年7月：北京大学化学与分子工程学院硕博连读，获理学博士学位；
1999年7月－2001年7月：中国科学院化学研究所有机固体重点实验室，博士后；
2001年10月－2004年9月：美国加利福尼亚大学圣巴巴拉分校高分子与有机固体研究所，博士后；
2004年10月：入选中国科学院"百人计划"回国工作，任中国科学院化学研究所研究员，博士生导师。
目前担任有机固体院重点实验室副主任、北京分子科学国家实验室（筹）办公室主任

研究领域
我们的主要研究工作是将导电高分子与生物活性分子的特异性识别有机结合起来，设计新型的生物活性导电高分子材料，研究它们的生物识别与传感的机理，发展用于检测生物大分子与重要生命化学反应的新型高灵敏度与高选择性生物传感体系，发展用于疾病早期诊断和治疗的新技术。

化学所于贵：高迁移率双极性聚合物场效应晶体管研究取得进展


聚合物场效应晶体管（PFET）在低成本印刷制备晶体管器件及电路等方面具有巨大的应用前景 ， 受到 了相关领域学者、企业 的广泛 关注 ，并 已成为有机电子学研究领域的热点之一。但当前绝大多数的高性能聚合物场效应晶体管器件都是构筑在二氧化硅或玻璃等刚性基底上，在柔性基底上的高性能聚合物场效应晶体管器件鲜有报道。

近年来， 中国科学院化学研究所有机固体院重点实验室研究员于贵课题组对 新型聚合物半导体材料的设计、合成及其场效应器件构筑开展了系统研究工作，通过在聚合物主链上引入氢键或其它非共价键弱相互作用力促进共轭骨架平面性和刚性以及能级调控等分子设计策略，发展了 一系列 具有较高载流子迁移率的聚合物半导体材料及场效应晶体管器件。

在以往研究基础上 ，近日，课题组 通过调节供（D）、受体（A）单元结构获得了一类具有较低玻璃态转化温度的新型D-A型聚合物半导体材料 。 其中 聚合物PNBDOPV - DTBT的玻璃态转化温度（ 140 ℃ ）明显低于常用柔性基底聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）的形变温度（150℃ ），为构筑高性能柔性场效应晶体管器件奠定了良好基础。此外，还 以该聚合物为活性层、 以PET为基底制备了的相应的场效应晶体管器件 。 该类器件表现出优异、平衡的双极性载流子传输性能和空气稳定性，其空穴、电子迁移率最高分别为 4.68/4.72 cm 2 V − 1 s − 1 。用硫醇对源、漏电极进行修饰后，器件的载流子传输性能得到进一步提高， 其空穴、电子迁移率最高分别为 5.97/7.07 cm 2 V − 1 s − 1 。在空气中放置30天后，其 空穴、电子迁移率依然高达 5.21/5.91cm 2 V − 1 s − 1 。 在此基础上，课题组制备了该聚合物的柔性、双极性倒向器。基于该单一聚合物活性层构造的双极性倒向器在空气中表现出优越的导向功能，获得了达148的高增益值。上述载流子迁移率和增益值皆为目前所报道的柔性 双极性 聚合物场效应晶体管器件和双极性倒向器的最高值之一。

相关研究成果发表在《先进材料》上。该研究得到了 国家自然科学基金委、科技部和中科院的资助。

高迁移率双极性聚合物半导体材料及场效应晶体管器件

 n-型有机半导体材料对有机p-n异质结和逻辑互补电路的发展是至关重要的。然而，它的发展远落后于p-型有机半导体材料。传统的构建n-型有机半导体材料的方法包括：1）在分子骨架中引入氟原子、氯原子或氰基等吸电子基团；2）在共轭链中引入sp2-杂化的氮原子；3）构建具有醌式结构的分子单元。然而，上述方法依然不能满足我们对n-型有机半导体材料的开发。设计新型的构筑n-型半导体材料的方法及其构效关系的研究对该领域的发展至关重要。基于该目的，于贵研究员团队通过对聚合物分子结构的设计，在共轭骨架上引入三氟甲基吸电子单元，实现了材料由p-型半导体性能向n-型半导体性能的转变。

  该团队详细研究了聚合物的光学性能和电化学性能。结果表明，在共轭骨架中引入三氟甲基单元后，PAIID-TFBVB-C1和PAIID-TFBVB-C3的紫外-可见吸收光谱相比于PAIID-BVB-C3有明显的蓝移，说明三氟甲基的引入拓宽了分子的带隙。电化学表征进一步表明三氟甲基单元的引入有效地降低了分子的前线轨道能级。对PAIID-TFBVB-C1和PAIID-TFBVB-C3而言，LUMO能级与金电极功函之间的能垒减小，有利于电子的有效注入。

  为了进一步研究聚合物材料的半导体性能，该团队制备了相应的场效应晶体管器件。结果表明PAIID-TFBVB-C1和PAIID-TFBVB-C3表现出典型的n-型半导体传输性能，对应的电子迁移率分别为0.11和0.04 cm2 V?1 s?1。相反，不含三氟甲基的PAIID-BVB-C3则表现出p-型半导体传输性能，对应的空穴迁移率为0.14 cm2 V?1 s?1。结果表明，在聚合物骨架中引入三氟甲基单元使得载流子的传输由空穴传输向电子传输的转变。该研究工作对n-型有机半导体材料的开发提供了新思路。
