刘静,男,1969年4月生。1999年7月起历任中国科学院理化技术研究所研究员(百人计划)、双聘研究员、低温生物医学工程学北京市重点实验室主任;2008年8月起任清华大学医学院生物医学工程系教授(百人计划)。清华大学燃气轮机专业工学士、现代应用物理专业理学士(1992年7月)、工程热物理专业工学博士(1996年2月);清华大学经管学院高级经理工商管理精选课程结业(2003.04—2005.05)。曾为清华大学热能工程系助教、讲师,美国Purdue大学博士后,MIT高级访问学者。2003年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者;曾先后荣获中国青年科技奖、茅以升科学技术奖—北京青年科技奖、美国机械工程师学会会刊<<电子封装学报>>年度唯一最佳论文奖等十余项奖励。出版有9部原创性跨学科前沿著作,均产生重要影响,其中之一已印刷5次(含台湾繁体字版);发表15篇应邀著作章节,期刊论文300余篇,国际会议论文80余篇;申请发明专利100余项(已获授权60余项)。

代表性工作:
在工程热物理与生物医学工程学前沿领域均做出开创性工作。前者,围绕高端芯片严重受制于“热障”的世界性难题,突破性地提出有重大原始创新性的室温液态金属热管理方法,并推动了这一领域理论与技术体系的形成和发展;还开辟出全新的室温液态金属印刷电子学领域,可望改变传统电子及集成电路制造规则。在生物传热学领域,开展有长期系统深入的创新研究和学术推动,为建立从低温到高温生物医学工程学的相对完整的学术体系作出重要贡献;提出有纳米冷冻治疗学、碱金属热化学消融法等崭新方向。在普惠健康技术领域,较早提出从国家层面全面部署低成本医疗战略,出版了均为全球首部的低成本医疗及手机生物医学工程学前沿著作,系统构建了对应的学术体系,产生了广泛深入的影响。在重大实用技术推进上,研制出多种国内外领先的仪器装备:CPU液态金属散热器已形成系列化产品;肿瘤治疗用高端冷热刀医疗设备等作为大型产业化项目转让企业;系列无线移动医疗产品获得SFDA证书等。

先后指导毕业46名硕士、博士生及24名本科毕业设计,其中有19人次获得中国科学院院级及清华大学校级奖学金、国家奖学金或竞赛奖,5人次入选全国优秀博士论文提名、中国科学院优秀博士论文奖或提名;所指导研究生或助手中,已有4人成长为教授或研究员(1名入选中科院百人计划,1名入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”),1名入选北京市科技新星人才计划,4人被提升为副研究员或副教授。
