林正得,博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所研究员,博士生导师,入选2014年中科院“百人计划”、2013年浙江省“等人才引进项目。 2008年毕业于台湾清华大学,取得材料专业博士,读博期间以访问学者身份赴日本东京大学交流。2010–2012年于台湾中央研究院担任博士后研究员,开发石墨烯传感器件与能源应用。2012年于美国麻省理工学院(MIT)电子学实验室担任博士后,研制石墨烯超级电容器,2013年转任MIT机械系,从事石墨烯复合材料开发。2014年6月以“团队行动”加入中科院宁波材料所。累计已发表Nature Communications、Nano Letters、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Carbon等SCI论文29篇,近五年影响因子总和为198,全部文章的平均影响因子为7.8。另外拥有6篇石墨烯相关专利。 研究方向为:化学气相沉积法(CVD)生长石墨烯薄膜与其它二维原子层材料、石墨烯/高分子复合材料、三维石墨烯结构、以及在热管理、传感器、能源领域的应用。
