施世良，中国科学院“百人计划”入选者、中科院上海有机化学研究所研究员。近五年来，施博士以第一作者在Nature、Science、Nature Chemistry、JACS、ACIE等国际著名学术期刊发表7篇高水平论文，影响因子总和超过150。其研究成果在学术界获得巨大反响，被“C&EN News”、“Chemistry World”、“Nature”、“Synfacts”等报道和高度评述。

简历：
2011年9月在日本东京大学药学部获药学博士学位，师从Masakatsu Shibasaki教授和Motomu Kanai教授；
2011年10月－2012年10月在日本东京大学药学部Motomu Kanai教授实验室做JSPS博士后研究；
2012年11月－2016年5月在美国麻省理工学院化学系Stephen Buchwald教授实验室做博士后研究；
2016年5月－至今，任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所金属有机化学国家重点实验室研究员、课题组长、博导；以第一作者已在Nature、Science、Nature Chemistry、JACS、ACIE等国际学术期刊发表论文7篇。
研究方向：
　　新颖高效实用有机合成方法学研究，侧重于手性合成和催化反应；
　　新型功能聚合物的设计和合成。
