刘磊研究员,现任江苏大学新材料研究院院长,江苏特聘教授,江苏省双创人才。2010年毕业于国家纳米科学中心获得博士学位,随后到丹麦奥胡斯大学从事博士后研究,2013年到江苏大学大学工作至今。迄今,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文40篇。Nano Today (一作,1篇),Nano Lett.(一作,1篇),ACS Nano(一作,3篇),Angew. Chem. Int. 报告摘要:
多肽是一类重要的生物高分子,与传统高分子材料相比,有着生物相容性好,生物活性高,化学位点多样,结构可调控等优势。尤其,多肽组装体与细胞的相互作用和很多疾病的致病机制(阿尔茨海默,AD)、潜在治疗策略、肿瘤疾病的早期检测等密切相关,因此在生物医用领域中备受关注。报告人从事生物高分子结构组装及生物医学应用研究。以生物高分子多肽为主体,研究其组装机理和组装调控、将多肽与高分子材料相结合构建复合材料,实现其在生物医学中的应用。重点集中在多肽组装与细胞相互作用方面,针对其中材料和生物医用的关键问题开展研究。1)多肽组装机理解析;2)多肽组装调控用于AD病治疗策略研究; 3) 多肽界面组装用于肿瘤细胞靶向性捕获和无损分离;4)多肽组装用于生物抗菌。
