徐旭辉，博士，昆明理工大学教授，博士生导师，“香江学者”计划入选者，首届云南省万人计划“青年拔尖人才”入选者，云南省九三学社青工委委员。2007年7月及2012年7月先后在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院获得理学学士、博士学位；2012年8月进入昆明理工大学材料科学与工程学院进行教学科研工作。2015年赴香港理工大学应用物理系进行访问研究工作，为期三年。徐旭辉教授主要从事稀土掺杂无机固体发光材料在LED，长余辉，上转换激光方面的应用研究，并首次在微晶玻璃体中实现上转换大功率激光发射现象。近年来，以第一作者及通讯作者身份在Adv. Mater, ACS Nano, Nanoscale, ACS Photonics, J.Phys.Chem.C, Inorg. Chem等国际权威杂志发表SCI论文60余篇，总引用次数800余次，H因子为17；获授权国家发明专利4项；并主持国家基金2项，省部级项目6项。
