男,汉族,1977年1月生,江苏溧阳人。
南京邮电大学材料科学与工程学院/信息材料与纳米技术研究院教授,江苏省杰出青年科学基金获得者,江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。

个人简历
1995年至2002年,在同济大学材料学院先后获得高分子材料科学学士和硕士学位;
2003年至2006年,在复旦大学获得物理化学专业理学博士学位;
2002年至2003年,在中科院上海有机所做研究工作;
2006年至2007年,在新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)做博士后研究;
2006年至2009年,任教于南京邮电大学信息材料与纳米技术研究院,讲师;
2012年至2013年,新加坡国立大学,访问学者;
2009年至今,南京邮电大学材料学院,历经讲师、副教授、教授。  
研究方向
能源问题将成为人类社会发展的主要制约因素,采用新技术——特别是太阳能电池技术是解决能源问题的重要途径。本研究小组的研究领域为有机能源材料与器件,涉及化学、材料、物理等多学科交叉;主要研究兴趣为面向降低能耗和产生能源的新型有机功能材料与器件的设计、制备与应用研究。具体包括:
(1)有机半导体中的电子过程、激子行为及自旋研究
设计各种新型有机光电功能分子与材料,采用从头算、半经验和动力学等分子模拟计算手段,理论和实验相结合研究材料的光电特性与微观粒子运动之间的关联。
(2)材料能带结构设计、载流子输运与动态智能调控
通过有机/无机合成或超分子化学方法,合成具有特定结构和优异光电性质的新型有机功能材料,对材料的基态和激发态性质及其光电功能机理进行深入探讨,从而为新材料的进一步开发奠定坚实的基础。
(3)器件伏安特性、能量/电荷转移与高性能器件
实现基于新型功能材料的高性能节能电致发光器件、有机电存储器件以及高效有机太阳能电池器件等。

主要学术成绩
近年来在Nature Materials、Nature Nanotechnology、Journal of the American Chemical Society, AngewandteChemie-International Edition、Advanced Materials、Chemical Communications、Organic Letters、Journal of Physical Chemistry A/B/C/L等国际期刊上共发表SCI收录论文近100篇,授权中国发明专利6项,获江苏省科技进步二等奖。
