张延东，厦门大学教授。研究兴趣：1.生理活性复杂天然产物的全合成研究：选取具有抗癌活性、抗心血管疾病、抗菌以及促进神经修复等活性的天然物质为研究对象； 2.海洋天然产物的合成及相关药物化学研究：选择具有良好生物活性的海洋来源含卤素天然物质为研究对象； 3.高效合成反应和方法的发展：策略性新方法和新反应的发现和发展； 4.天然产物相关的化学生物学研究：以天然产物及其类似物为工具研究生命过程。
