朱麟勇,华东理工大学教授。于2000年获得中科院理化所博士学位,2003年至2008年期间作为博士后先后在美国华盛顿州立大学James K. Hurst教授研究组和加州大学圣地亚哥分校Marye Anne Fox教授的研究组从事有机光化学研究,2008年回国并受聘于华东理工大学化学与分子工程学院担任特聘教授、博士生导师,2011年受聘于上海市“东方学者”特聘教授,在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.等专业杂志共发表了近60篇文章,文章被引用逾千次。

工作简介:

朱麟勇教授的研究一直聚焦于光化学与生物医用材料,特别是,在“光化学方法构建生物医用材料”方向的研究逐步形成特色。他提出光触发反应耦合,实施非自由基光调控交联的创新机制,由此推动医用光敏生物胶领先技术的临床转化;提出人工合成生色团的荧光蛋白的构建,创制高特异、高亮度、从蓝光至近红外光发射任意调控的系列荧光探针,成功应用于蛋白的荧光成像、定量以及相互作用等实时动态研究;提出 “可控光剪切” 的新机制,创制高差异性光控药物释放体系,达到高度选择性杀死肿瘤细胞的目的;提出借助双光子等上转换手段,实施近红外光诱导“光剪切”化学反应,实现组织深穿透、“适时”、“适地”、“适量”地精确控制肿瘤药物释放。这些成果开拓了光化学方法解决生命与医学中重要问题的新方向,充分体现“光”的可视与可控的独特优势。以上研究工作先后在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.Int. Ed.、Adv. Mater.等学术期刊上发表,获得了国际同行的认同和高度评价,所建立的方法被多个国际知名研究组跟踪、沿用。
