彭睿,苏州大学教授。1996年获南京大学理学学士学位;1999年获南京大学理学硕士学位;2005年获美国范德比尔特大学(Vanderbilt University) 分子生物学博士学位。2008年10月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为副教授、硕士生导师。

主要成果和技术贡献:
        在多年分子细胞生物学研究的基础上,结合纳米技术,在纳米生物学领域开展了系统深入的研究,从对纳米生物界面的深入理解出发,研究纳米生物界面的精确设计与精细调控,揭示其对纳米材料生物学效应的调控机制;在此基础上,开发相应的生物医学应用。揭示了不同碳基纳米材料与多种蛋白质、真核细胞、原核生物之间的相互作用及分子作用机制,并据此开发出其在酶工程、抗菌、微生物工程等方面的新型应用。系统研究了多种纳米材料的免疫学效应,发展了多种新型纳米载体用于肿瘤免疫联合治疗。
学术论文40余篇,发表于ACS Nano, Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Drug Deliver. Rev., Small, Biomaterials, Nano Res., Nanoscale, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., J. Biol. Chem., RNA等材料和生物领域的国际权威期刊。授权国家发明专利2项。承担NSFC面上、重点及重大研究计划培育项目、国家973项目、重点研发专项、教育部基金等7项。
