罗英武,浙江大学化工学院教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家重点研发计划咨询专家、国家基金委会评专家。主要从事聚合物材料多尺度结构的可控制备与高性能/多功能聚合物新材料设计方面的研究,其团队在RAFT乳液聚合领域的研究有重要的国际影响,是该领域最重要的研究团队之一。主持完成国家自然科学基金杰青、重点,科技部973课题,重大横向等项目30余项,在Advanced Materials、Macromolecules、AIChE J、Chemical Engineering Journal等重要期刊发表论文100余篇,获授权发明专利30余项,成果获教育部自然科学奖一等奖、浙江省科学技术奖一等奖。
