一、基本信息：
李忠（1972—），男，中共党员，安徽桐城人，博士，硕士生导师，教授。1995年7月本科毕业于青岛科技大学（原青岛化工学院）有机化工专业，获学士学位。毕业后到淮南化学工程学校从事教学工作。2000年4月到安徽理工大学职业技术学院从事教学工作。2005年1月到安徽理工大学化学工程学院制药工程系从事教学工作。2005年7月在合肥工业大学化学工艺研究生毕业，获硕士学位。2010年12月合肥工业大学材料学研究生毕业，获博士学位。
