2003年毕业于延边大学应用化学专业，2006年毕业于延边大学有机化学，获得理学硕士学位，2011年获得韩国科学技术联合大学院大学理学博士学位，2012年韩国东国大学博士后回国。主要研究方向是靶向蛋白小分子抑制剂的设计、合成及其生物活性，特别是在抗肿瘤方面的研究。

研究领域

1、新型靶向HIF-1的抗肿瘤天然物合成、SAR研究。

2、抗肿瘤小分子设计、合成和抗HIF-1活性研究。

3、小分子荧光探针的设计、合成和作用机制研究。

4、新型P-gp逆转剂的设计、合成和活性研究。
