刘志洪,湖北大学教授,博士生导师,武汉大学“珞珈特聘”教授。2016年获得国家杰出青年科学基金,2017年入选科技部“创新人才推进计划”,2018年入选“万人计划”科技领军人才。探索性地提出了一系列上转换荧光分子及纳米材料的制备和表面功能化新策略,建立了一批适于复杂生物样品体内、体外分析的快速、高灵敏、高特异性检测方法和探针,被国际同行评价为“可望为生物医学检测带来革命性的变化”(Nano Today, 2012, 7, 532)。近5年来在JACS、Angew Chem Int Ed、Adv Funct Mater、Small、Chem Sci、Anal Chem、Chem Com 等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,SCI他引逾5000次,4篇入选ESI高被引论文,参编学术专著3部。
研究领域
以肿瘤和神经性疾病为目标,围绕疾病诊断、治疗及相关生物过程的化学机制,利用前期所建立的各个方法平台,开展以下三项工作
1)疾病标志分子的体外快速均相检测,发展临床现场和床边诊断(point-of-care testing, POCT)新技术
2)疾病相关生物分子的体内和胞内实时监测与成像
3)基于小分子及纳米材料的药物输运、控制释放和多模式联合治疗,构建诊-疗一体化探针系统
