刘杰,暨南大学化学与材料学院教授,博士生导师。主要从事生物创新药物(包括化学合成药物、纳米药物、纳米载药)的研究,作为通讯作者在ACS Nano、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Biomaterials、ACS Appl.Mater. Int.、Acta Biomaterialia.等高水平期刊上发表论文140多篇,个人科研指数h-index 41, 获得授权专利12项。

研究方向
生物无机化学,化学生物学,生物化学与分子生物学;主要从事创新药物(包括化学合成药物、纳米药物、纳米载药、生物医药)、药物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学等交叉学科的研究;研究兴趣主要集中在以下几个方面:(1) 开展了阿尔兹海默综合症(老年痴呆症,AD)抑制剂的研究:针对AD药物的多个主要靶点,开展了多靶点纳米颗粒抑制阿尔兹海默综合症药物的研究与开发,发现有可能成为AD候选药物的多功能纳米颗粒。(2) 靶向纳米药物制备及生物活性的研究,主要研究功能化纳米硒、纳米金等对肿瘤血管的抑制作用及抑制肿瘤转移的功能;(3) 肿瘤诊断试剂的研究与应用,设计合成一类近红外的小分子荧光探针,该探针能够识别肿瘤细胞,具有作为肿瘤诊断试剂的可能性。 (4) 金属配合物抗肿瘤作用机制,包括抗肿瘤作用靶点,诱导细胞凋亡信号传导途径,基因组学和蛋白组学方法研究金属配合物对肿瘤相关基因、蛋白的调控和生物效应的影响。(5) 配合物稳定端粒DNA的能力及其以端粒酶为靶点的抗肿瘤活性;重点研究手性异构体配合物及微环境的改变对其生物功能的影响,以及选择性识别并诱导端粒DNA构型的改变等。
作为通讯作者在Adv. Fun. Materials,Nanoscale.;  Biomaterials.;Acta Biomaterialia.; ACS Applied Materials & Int.; Chem. Eur. J.; PLOS One.;Biochimie;Inorg. Chem.;Dalton. Trans.;Eur. J. Med.Chem.;等国际期刊发表论文近100余篇。申报专利14项,已经获得授权7项。作为项目负责人,获得国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金重点项目、广东省科技计划项目和广州市科技计划项目等资助等20余项。

近日,我院陈填烽教授、刘杰教授入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)2020年中国高被引学者榜单。本次国内共有来自373个高校/科研单位/企业的4023位学者入选,覆盖了教育部10个学科领域、84个一级学科。其中,暨南大学共有21位学者上榜,分布在15个一级学科。
       中国高被引学者从纯论文影响力的角度遴选学术人才,标准客观统一,有利于视角多元地看待人才,具有重要的参考价值,一直是软科中国大学排名的核心评价指标。
