王根水，男，1974年1月出生，理学博士，中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所研究员，博士生导师。1995年获得安庆师范学院化学教育专业学士学位，1998年在北京工业大学获得无机非金属材料专业硕士学位，2003年在中国科学院上海技术物理研究所获得博士学位，2003～2005年在法国国家科研中心微电子电子及纳米技术研究所（CNRS－IEMN）进行博士后研究，2006年度中国科学院“百人计划”。负责与参加国家自然科学基金、科技部863、973及上海市青年科技启明星等10多个科研项目，多年来一直从事铁电、压电、热释电材料制备及其表征研究方面的工作，在APL、JAP、JACerS等SCI期刊上发表论文100多篇，申请中国发明专利10项，授权6项。有关铁电材料生长控制、铁电物理及测试分析等方面的相关研究结果已被引用400多次。被邀请作为J. Am. Ceram. Soc. 特约编辑以及Appl. Phys. Lett. Appl. Sur. Sci. J. Am. Ceram. Soc. 等国际期刊审稿人。获得2008年度中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所青年才俊奖。
