潘峰博士,清华大学教授、博士生导师,国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队负责人,全国优秀科技工作者。长期在新材料领域从事薄膜材料结构与性能调控技术、声表面波材料与器件、阻变存储材料与器件、磁性材料与自旋电子学等研究工作,获得四项国家级和八项省部级科研成果奖励。发表SCI论文280余篇,出版专著两部、教材一本,授权国家发明专利20余项,国际专利2项。

         《X射线衍射技术》较为系统地阐述了晶体学基础,X射线与物质作用发生散射与衍射的理论,单晶与多晶材料的X射线衍射原理与实验方法,X射线衍射技术在材料微结构分析方面的应用等。书中反映了近年来X射线衍射领域的新成果,也介绍了非晶态材料、高分子聚合物材料、薄膜材料的衍射技术以及同步辐射技术的应用。
          《X射线衍射技术》可作为材料科学与工程类专业本科生的专业教材,也可供相关专业如物理、化学、生物、机械、核能工程等本科生和研究生作教学参考书,对从事X射线衍射工作的科研、测试人员也具有参考价值。

11月6日,何梁何利基金2018年度颁奖大会在北京举行,共有56位科学家获此殊荣。今年何梁何利基金最高奖项——“科学与技术成就奖”,授予中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所研究员张弥曼院士;37位科技工作者荣获“科学与技术进步奖”;18位科技工作者荣获“科学与技术创新奖”。其中,清华大学潘峰教授、聂建国院士,清华校友向涛院士、李立浧院士、杨志峰院士、周志成院士获得“科学与技术进步奖”;清华校友吴蓓丽研究员获得“科学与技术创新奖”。

潘峰,1963年8月生于安徽省怀宁县。1983年在中南大学获得学士学位,1986年在北京航空材料研究所获得硕士学位,1993年在清华大学材料系获得博士学位。现为清华大学材料学院教授、博士生导师,国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队负责人,全国优秀科技工作者。

长期在新材料领域从事薄膜材料结构与性能调控技术、声表面波材料与器件、阻变存储材料与器件、磁性材料与自旋电子学等研究,获四项国家级和十项省部级科研成果奖励,以及中国真空科技成就奖。发表SCI论文300余篇,出版专著两部、教材一本,授权国家发明专利30余项,国际专利2项。

材料学院潘峰教授等完成的“高世代声表面波材料与滤波器产业化技术”项目,项目获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。

本项目属材料科学、电子信息、物理声学交叉领域。声表面波滤波器是通讯信号收发的核心器件。项目组发展出“高功率、大带宽、小体积”滤波器产业化技术,器件功率提升10倍、相对带宽增加4倍、器件尺寸缩小至原来的1%,建立了年产能30亿只自主知识产权的声表材料与滤波器生产线。近三年新增产值13.46亿元,新增利税4.46亿元,创汇3950万美元。项目成果推动了我国成果推动了声表面波材料与技术的发展,也为防务领域提供了器件保障。
