仰大勇 博士,天津大学化工学院教授、院长助理,入选国家级海外人才计划、国家优青、天津市杰青。现任天津大学校学术委员会委员、中国生物医学工程学会纳米医学与工程分会委员。课题组研究方向是材料化学与生物医学的交叉领域,聚焦DNA合成与智能制造,利用材料化学的手段理解生命系统运行机制,探索重大疾病的诊断治疗新途径。

近期,天津大学化工学院仰大勇教授联合天津大学材料学院袁晓燕教授、北京航空航天大学赵勇教授和国家纳米科学中心蒋兴宇研究员在高分子领域权威综述期刊《Progress in Polymer Science》(IF=24.558)上发表了题为“Bio-functional electrospun nanomaterials: from topology design to biological applications”的综述论文,系统评述了生物功能电纺纳米材料领域的最新进展。论文第一作者为天津大学化工学院博士生韩金鹏。该工作在国家自然科学基金资助下完成。
  生物功能高分子材料广泛应用于生物医学领域,其中静电纺丝是制备生物功能高分子材料最简单、最直接的技术之一。早期电纺材料主要是聚合物,形貌主要是纤维。在过去的二十年中,科研人员在选材和形貌方面都取得了很多进展,制备了包括金属、金属氧化物、碳材料和有机/无机复合材料的静电纺丝,以及制造了珠、管以及多级结构等纤维之外的更多拓扑结构。还探索了多种有前景的应用,主要包括生物医学、能源、催化、环境和机械增强,其中一半以上专注于生物医学应用。比如,设计电纺纳米材料以模拟细胞外基质的结构特征,用于细胞生长和营养物转运;封装或附着有生物活性分子和药物的电纺纳米材料可用于分子递送;由于高孔隙率和大比表面积,它们还可以用于医学诊断以增强特异性、灵敏度和信号转导能力。此外,电纺纳米材料可以组装成各种有趣的仿生结构。所有这些特点使得静电纺丝成为制造生物功能纳米材料的有力工具,并应用于涉及人类健康的一系列生物医学应用,主要包括组织工程、伤口愈合、药物/生物活性分子递送、医学诊断和仿生学。
  作者结合自身的研究对电纺纳米材料拓扑结构进行分类,制作了一张 “拓扑结构周期表”,根据内在逻辑关系分为三类:个体、杂化体和组装体;对该领域进行简洁明了的总结,为研究者提供有价值的参考,以便针对特殊应用功能选择特定拓扑结构和相应制造策略;深入系统地讨论了各类拓扑结构在生物医学应用中的最新进展,阐明材料结构与功能和应用之间的关系;最后,指出领域存在的挑战和未来发展方向。
