任晓兵,1966年生,西安交通大学前沿科学技术研究院院长,多学科(智能)材料研究中心主任,金属材料强度国家重点实验室首席科学家、长江学者讲座教授、国家杰出青年基金B类获得者;长期从事形状记忆材料、压电材料、磁致伸缩等智能材料的研究,是智能材料领域国际知名学者。已发表SCI论文100多篇,其中Nature(1)、NatureMaterials(1)、ProgressinMaterialsScience(1)和PhysicalReviewLetters(6)。论文被引用2200余篇次,单篇最高被引用370多篇次,4篇论文被引用超过100篇次,H因子为22。曾获日本金属学会杰出青年奖(Syoureisyo),日本杰出青年基金(Sakigake-21),日本科学城筑波市杰出青年奖(TsukubaSuyoureisyo)(首位华人得主),日本金属学会功勋奖。

研究方向:
对温度、力、电、磁等外界环境敏感的各类智能材料;
形状记忆合金;高性能无铅压电材料;铁磁材料/铁磁相变、巨磁致伸缩材料;多铁材料;
铁性智能材料中点缺陷的作用;
铁性智能材料中的玻璃行为(应变玻璃/弛豫铁电体/铁磁自旋玻璃)
铁性智能材料及其性能的理论研究和计算机模拟
