黎明锴:男,1976年4月出生,理学博士,湖北大学教授,湖北省楚天学子。1998年07月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获学士学位;2004年7月毕业于武汉大学物理系,获博士学位,期间从事超高硬度薄膜及铁磁半导体研究;2006年3月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心完成博士后学习,期间从事铁磁半导体器件设计;2006年3月至2011年6月,在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心(研究教授)从事铁磁铁电半导体杂化器件研究,量子多功能半导体器件设计,纳米功能材料研究。2011年7月起在湖北大学材料科学与工程学院工作,现主要从事ZnO、ZnOS、MgZnOS、CdZnOS等宽禁带半导体材料与器件及采用第一性原理设计新材料的研究,主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目在内的多项省部级项目,在国内外学术期刊发表论文60余篇,获韩国专利1项,申请中国专利10余项获得授权10项。
