杨明辉中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所研究员、博士生导师,先后在英国利物浦大学化学系获得学士、硕士学位,2010年在英国爱丁堡大学化学系获得博士学位。2010 - 2013年在美国康奈尔大学化学系能源材料研究中心从事新能源材料研究工作。2013年12月回到中科院工作,任固体功能材料研究团队负责人,研究员。2014年获得辽宁省百千万工程人才计划(万人层次),2015年获得中国科学院沈阳分院优秀青年科学家,宁波市领军拔尖人才(第一层次),并作为项目负责人获得宁波市3315创新团队B类支持。杨明辉博士从事固体材料科研工作十余年,主要集中在固体功能材料的设计、合成、晶体结构解析、形貌控制和应用研究,代表工作包括发现超巨磁电阻混合金属氮(氧)化合物,高压合成混合金属氮(氧)化合物,氮、氧在固体材料中的有序排列,固相分离法制备介孔氮化物和金属氮(氧)化物在催化和传感等方面的应用,相关成果在Nature Chemistry,Journal of the American Chemical Society,Energy & Environmental Science,Chemistry of Materials,Chemical Communication,ACS Nano等杂志上发表文章81篇,申请发明专利22项,并获得PCT国际专利1项。

2020年5月28日,应晶体材料研究所所长、晶体材料国家重点实验室主任薛冬峰教授的邀请,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所杨明辉研究员访问晶体材料国家重点实验室,作了题为“金属氮化物功能材料”的视频学术报告。来自晶体材料研究所、化学院的部分师生参加了此次视频报告会议。
       报告中杨明辉研究员给大家分享了在金属氮化物的设计合成、晶体结构和构效关系研究方面的代表性工作:展示了近年来他在氮化锆具有类似于商用铂碳的氧还原催化活性和更高的循环稳定性方面的研究成果,揭示了金属氮氧化物中氮、氧的cis排列,纠正了之前对氮、氧在固体材料中无序或trans排列的误解,他从发明固固分离法制备介孔金属氮化物入手,利用该方法成功合成多种性能优异的金属氮化物等相关研究成果。报告会气氛热烈,与会者与杨明辉研究员进行了互动,并就相关问题展开了讨论。
       杨明辉博士,中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所固体功能材料研究团队负责人。于利物浦大学化学系获得学士、硕士学位;爱丁堡大学取得博士学位。2019年获浙江省杰出青年基金支持,同年入选英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC)。
       近五年来,主持国家海外高层次人才引进计划-青年项目、国家自然基金面上项目(2项)、参与国家重点研发计划项目(1项)、主持中科院STS重点项目子课题(1项)。发表论文168篇(通讯作者122篇、第一作者14篇),包括以通讯或第一作者发表在Nature Materials、Nature Chemistry等。
