卢华杭州师范大学研究员,博士,硕士生导师。2005年本科毕业于安徽师范大学,2010年博士毕业于南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室。2010年6月加入杭州师范大学有机硅化学及材料技术教育部重点实验室,先后任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员(2017.12-至今),其中2009.07-2010.04,2014.03-2015.04分别在日本东北大学联合培养和任职助理教授。先后主持2项国家自然科学基金,1项浙江省自然科学基金和1项杭州市高层次留学回国人员(团队)在杭创业创新项目。以第一或通讯作者在Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Chem. Commun., Chem. Eur. J.等杂志上发表SCI论文40余篇,被正面引用1500余次,H-指数22,单篇最高引用355次。研究方向为:1) BODIPY分子设计及光谱调控;2) 有机硅发光材料,特别是硅硅键桥连的分子体系;3) 光学活性的有机功能分子。

有机硅化学及材料技术实验室卢华研究员课题组最新研究成果以“FineTuning of the Electronic Properties of Novel BTPE Using Oligosilanyl Linkagesand Their Application in Rapid High-Resolution Visualization of LatentFingerprints”为题,发表在中国化学会旗舰新刊CCS Chemistry上。
       目前,基于π-π和p-π共轭效应调控有机共轭体系的功能研究已取得了大量的研究成果,相关合成及应用一直是化学和材料领域的热点课题之一。然而,这类共轭效应轨道作用强,能显著改变轨道能级,使分子中的电荷分布发生重大改变,不利于材料性能的精细调控和保持材料的透明性。有机硅烷因其独特的电子性质、空间结构和生物相容性在基础科学研究和工业生产中受到了人们广泛的关注。处于第三周期的硅,具有较大的原子半径和较小的电负性,还有5个可供成键的空3d轨道,可通过σ-π共轭效应来调控功能分子性质。将有机硅烷作为构筑单元的新骨架体系的设计具有重要的基础研究意义和很大挑战性,可以带来许多结构上的变革和应用的创新。
       课题组前期设计了基于有机氟硼的硅硅键桥联的新型D-σ-A和D-σ-A-σ-D骨架,此类分子具有较强的双光子吸收截面以及三阶非线性极化率,实现了保持材料原有颜色的基础上增加非线性光学性质。此研究在军事领域如飞行员防激光致盲材料的研发上具有重要意义,发展了一种提高光限幅同时保持材料透明性的新途径(Chem. Asian J. 2017, 12, 561, Very Important Paper; Chem. Commun., 2018, 54, 8834)。研究成果被ChemViews以硅烷化促进材料科学的发展为题进行亮点介绍。
       近期,课题组设计了一类低聚硅烷(-Si-)n的σ电子桥联四苯基乙稀新体系,相比于四苯乙烯,硅烷单元的引入改变了分子堆积模式,使材料的AIE性能和固态发光效率提高2-3倍,并且几乎保持了原本的蓝色发光。此外,通过硅链长度的调控有效改善这类材料的聚集状态和对外界刺激的响应灵敏度。
       同时,硅烷链显著提高了这类材料亲脂性,从而实现了易于操作的,快速且高分辨率的潜指纹可视化成像:以30%水/乙腈为溶液,可制备上述有机硅化合物的纳米悬浊液,将其滴涂在玻璃、不锈钢、铝箔、塑料等材质表面的潜在指纹上,静置30秒,水洗后可得到明显的潜指纹图像。有机硅化合物选择性地聚集在指纹纹路上,该方法利用硅烷链增强材料脂溶性的特征及聚集荧光增强效应,可以简单、快速并且高分辨地显现潜指纹。此研究成果提供了一种几乎保持发光波长的前提下提高固体发光效率、调控聚集状态和增加亲脂性的合成方法和设计策略。
我校有机硅化学及材料技术实验室2018级硕士研究生项小双和周志宽副研究员为论文共同第一作者,卢华研究员和南京大学郭子建院士为论文通讯作者。
        此项研究工作获得了国家自然科学基金、浙江省高校高水平创新团队、杭州师范大学卓越拔尖人才计划等项目的资助。

近日,材料与化学化工学院有机硅化学及材料技术教育部重点实验室卢华教授课题组受邀在英国皇家化学会旗舰期刊Chemical Science上发表题为Disilane-bridged architectures: an emerging class of molecular materials的综述性论文。
         在众多有机硅化合物中,Si-Si键与单硅烷、Si-O-Si等传统有机硅结构单元的性质迥异。Si-Si键的典型特性是σ-电子离域,Si-Si σ键具有与C=C双键相当的HOMO能级,可以与大多数诸如苯环、芳香杂环、多环芳烃等π体系分子产生共轭,即σ-π共轭效应。这些特性使Si-Si键在空间结构上类似C-C单键,但电子特性却更像C=C双键,且Si-Si键有较高的热稳定性和柔性。Si-Si键骨架分子材料在分子导线、电致发光、非线性光学和刺激响应型智能材料等领域具有广泛的潜在应用。将Si-Si键作为构筑单元的新骨架设计具有重要的基础研究意义,可以带来许多结构上的变革和应用的创新。

        Si-Si键骨架材料最早由日本Makoto Kumada教授于1963年报道,由于构建方法限制和对其特殊的电子结构未引起重视,Si-Si键骨架分子材料的研究和发展较为缓慢。2017年,杭州师范大学周志宽副教授/卢华教授基于此领域开展研究工作,设计了一类新型Si-Si键骨架的D-σ-A和D-σ-A-σ-D体系,此类分子具有较强的双光子吸收截面以及三阶非线性极化率,提供了一种增强光限幅同时保持材料透明性的新途径(Chem. Asian J. 2017, 12, 561-567, VIP; Chem. Commun. 2018, 54, 8834; J. Mater. Chem. C 2021, 9, 6470, hot paper)。设计了一类低聚硅烷-(Si)n-(n = 2,3,4) s电子桥联的聚集诱导发光分子材料,Si-Si键有效提高对外界刺激的响应灵敏度(J. Mater. Chem. C 2022, 10, 18182)。Si-Si键不仅改变分子堆积模式,提高聚集诱导的本色发光效率,还能显著提高亲脂性,从而实现潜在指纹的便捷实时荧光原位可视化,清晰辨认到指纹的三级特征,提供了一种几乎保持发光波长的前提下调控聚集状态、提高固体发光效率和增加亲脂性的设计策略(CCS Chem. 2020, 2, 329)。
        在上述工作基础上,课题组近期受Chem. Sci主编邀请,系统阐述了基于Si-Si键骨架分子材料的发展历史、研究现状、应用前景和未来挑战。Si-Si键骨架分子材料的结构类型主要有:(1)链状对称型Ar-Si-Si-Ar分子;(2)含给受体基团的非对称D-Si-Si-A分子,以及由此衍生出的D-Si-Si-A-Si-Si-D和A-Si-Si-D-Si-Si-A分子;(3)Si-Si桥联环状分子。通过分析晶体结构、光谱、电化学等性质,讨论揭示了Si-Si结构单元对分子材料电子结构和光物理性能等方面的影响规律。D-A结构链状分子因弱的分子内ICT效应,在分子导线、OLED、非线性光学等方面有较大的应用价值。Si-Si桥联环状分子具有柔性空腔,在圆偏振发光、刺激响应型和多孔材料等方面表现出优异的应用前景。文章最后,作者展望了这类新兴分子材料在合成和创新应用方面的挑战和发展方向。
        该综述第一作者周志宽副教授,通讯作者为周志宽副教授、卢华教授。该成果接受国家自然科学基金、浙江省青年英才计划、杭州市领军型创新创业团队和杭州师范大学登峰工程等项目资金资助。

         周志宽,副研究员,硕士生导师,主要从事硅基氟硼及卟啉功能分子的设计、光谱调控、生物应用等方面研究。以第一或通讯作者在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Sci.、CCS Chem.等学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。
