陈涛,中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系教授,博士生导师;2010年毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学化学与生物化学系获得博士学位,2011至2015年在香港中文大学物理系任研究助理教授,2014年入选中组部“国家创新人才计划青年项目”,2015年加入中国科学技术大学化学与材料科学学院材料科学与工程系;近十年来从事太阳能电池材料及器件方面的研究工作,包括染料敏化太阳能电池,钙钛矿太阳能电池以及新兴无机薄膜太阳能电池。在材料制备方法、半导体缺陷研究、高效率器件制备、稳定性提升方面取得了一系列进展,发表学术论文100余篇,部分成果在Nature Energy, Nature Communincations, Energy and Environmental Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Science Bulletin,Science China Materials等期刊发表或接收,受邀撰写太阳能电池专业著作两章节,担任Journal of Semiconductors编委。近五年来主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委重点支持项目等。
