张晶晶,江苏如皋人,德国洪堡学者,南京大学化学本科、有机化学硕士,香港大学化学生物学博士。研究工作主要聚焦于基于植物提取物的多功能抗肿瘤药物的研发及其机制探索、药物递送。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Med. Chem.等国际著名学术期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文多篇。现主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、南京林业大学高层次人才科研启动基金项目1项。

近日,化学工程学院陈振/张晶晶教授团队联合中科院深圳先进技术研究院王守国研究员与洛桑联邦理工学院Nicolai Cramer教授在Chem. Soc. Rev. 杂志上发表了题为“Recent advances in Rh(l)-catalyzed enantioselective C-H functionalization”的综述文章。
       据悉,该研究着重概述了近年来对Rh(I)催化的C−H不对称官能团化反应的最新进展,包括多类型反应的发展,手性配体的设计及机理研究(内球机制、外球机制和1,4−铑迁移)。此外,作者还提出一价铑催化C−H键不对称官能化反应仍然存在的局限性,包括引入导向基,非活化C(sp3)−H键官能化反应大多局限于分子内转化,除C−Si无法构筑其他碳−杂原子键(如C−O,C−N,C−S,C−X以及C−P等),无法实现1,4-Rh迁移至普通C(sp3)−H键等等。因此,开发瞬时导向基策略或非导向一价铑催化不对称C−H键官能化,揭示未活化C(sp3)−H键官能化反应,设计新型手性配体以克服杂原子对催化剂的毒害,这些仍是需要进一步解决的问题。更为重要的是,深入了解一价铑催化C−H键不对称官能化反应的机理,对理性设计新的不对称反应至关重要。此外,天然产物或其他复杂分子后期官能化应用也需要进一步拓展。
         论文共同第一作者为中山植物所青年教师张越博士与南京林业大学青年教师张晶晶博士,共同通讯作者为洛桑联邦理工学院Nicolai Cramer教授、中科院深圳先进技术研究院王守国研究员和南京林业大学陈振教授,第一单位为南京林业大学。论文链接:https://doi.org/10.1039/D3CS00762F
